Hi, I'm Lynn, Program Manager for Career Transitions and Success, and I support students in turning their experiences into clear, effective career materials.

With over 20 years of experience supporting students, I work with students across all programs on job search strategy, resume and cover letter development, interview preparation, and using AI thoughtfully and critically in the process. I specialize in helping students identify their marketable and transferable skills—no matter where they come from—and articulate them clearly and effectively to employers.

In our conversations, we'll focus on uncovering your strengths, clarifying your goals, and shaping your experiences into a compelling narrative—then translating that into materials and strategies you can use with confidence.
